Adventure Days

Looking for regular fun and exciting goal focused activities you can do in a group setting with the 1:1 support of a disability support worker? Then look no further than our Adventure Days!

Running every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, this 1:1 community access-based program encourages fun experiences in a social group.

Have regular weekly support with a new activity and adventure each week. If you have any questions, please call 1300 699 622.

Wellness Wednesdays

Wellness Wednesdays community access social days offer a wide range of fun daytime activities throughout the greater Melbourne area, combined with healthy lunch options.

Suitable for girls and boys aged 14 years and over, you can improve your overall wellness with social time and choose from weekly outdoor or indoor activities.

Program goals

  • Learn and develop communication skills.
  • Participate in a wide range of community, social and civic activities.
  • Develop friendships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and socialise with peers and community members.
  • Participate in group and centre-based recreational activities that may be unfamiliar.
  • Develop the knowledge and skills to travel independently on public transport.
  • Value and respect our peers and accept others’ opinions.
  • Develop skills such as turn taking, waiting, and teamwork.
  • Money handling and independently looking after own belongings.
  • Participate in Exercise physiology and personal wellbeing activities.
  • Have the opportunity, and be supported, to attend allied health supports and services.
  • Engage in volunteer work or education.
