Overview
Our 1:1 NDIS Community Support increases a person with a disability’s confidence and self-esteem in the community. We help them understand and learn:
- independence
- safety awareness
- daily living and life skills
- participation in community and social activities
We work with each person to design a lifestyle that suits them, ensuring they feel empowered and valued in the community. With the support of a disability support worker, we can accompany you on activities and experiences out in the community such as local walks, visit parks, do grocery shopping, go to the movies or enjoy lunch at a cafe.
