MAX program for adults

Come and enjoy something different this summer. The MAX program offers new experiences and the opportunity to meet new people and have fun!

The MAX program provides centre and community-based activities for people 18 years old and over with additional needs and an NDIS package.

Cost: $60.00 per day*

*NDIS hourly fees apply. Refer to Service Agreement for details (minimum 7 hrs per day).

Time: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Meet: Y-Space, 41 Miller Street, Epping 3076

• Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities
• Appropriate footwear
• Drink Bottle
• Change of clothes (if needed)
• Raincoat in case of wet weather
• Companion Card or Pension Card
• Swimwear (if needed)
• Personal items (note items brought at participant’s own risk)
• Medication identified on the personal information form.

All medication must be supplied in a Webster-pak^® . Please discuss any food allergies or reactions and all medical issues (such as asthma, epilepsy and anaphylaxis) with the Disability Services team.

Our experienced staff are well trained in working with people with a range of physical, cognitive and sensory abilities as well as behavioural needs. The program is funded to provide a ratio of 2 staff members to every 10 participants.

Our staff are committed to helping participants to achieve their goals, gain confidence and create social networks with peers. We deliver individualised support to make sure each person gets the most out of every activity.

2. We’ll confirm enrolment before the program begins.
3. Pay for the program to secure your booking.

The daily program fee is $60. Additional NDIS fees apply for those with an approved plan.

Participants are required to be on the program for a minimum of 7 hours per day.

You must pay the daily program fee 2 weeks before the program starts to secure a place.

You can make payments at the Disability Services Office (Shop 7, 41-53 Miller Street, Epping 3076).

Pick ups and drop offs outside program times

Additional NDIS fees will be applied when a person requiring support is picked up or dropped off outside the program times.
