NDIS Services Mill Park
Y Inclusion Services has provided disability support services in the City of Whittlesea for over 25 years. As an NDIS Provider in Mill Park The Y is committed to enriching lives through dedicated support and fostering inclusive community activities. We proudly offer specialised NDIS camps and social groups to promote independence, social interaction, and personal growth.
Our NDIS social groups are designed to promote social skills, friendship, and community involvement. Participants can explore creative outlets in art, music, and drama, or develop practical life skills like cooking and budgeting. For those interested in physical activities, there are sports and recreational programs, as well as opportunities to enhance digital literacy and enjoy gaming. These programs are accessible and accommodating, ensuring meaningful participation and personal growth for all attendees.
Our NDIS camps and day programs provide a safe, engaging environment where participants can enjoy a range of outdoor activities, while our social groups offer various interactive programs that encourage skill development and community connection.
We also offer NDIS at home and community support services.
NDIS 1:1 Home Support Mill Park
Our 1:1 home support service helps people with a disability to learn and maintain the skills needed in their own home to enable independence. This can include assisting individuals with life skills such as personal care, cleaning, cooking, planning what to buy for the home, paying bills and budgeting.
We also provide 1:1 Overnight Support Services, where our support workers stay at a participant’s home to provide support as required throughout the night.
The Y’s person-centred support adapts to the individual’s needs to design a lifestyle that suits you. Our experienced disability support workers can provide regular or as-needed home support 7 days a week and will design the shifts around your support needs.
NDIS 1:1 Community Support Mill Park
Our 1:1 Community Support service aims to increase the confidence and self-esteem of a person with a disability out in the community. We help them understand and learn independence, and general life skills while accessing a wide range of activities.
The Y’s person-centred approach designs lifestyle supports that suit each individual, ensuring they feel empowered and valued. Our 1:1 disability support worker can accompany a participant on their activities and experiences out in the community. This can include local walks, grocery shopping, going to the movies or lunch at a café, attending allied health
services, and engaging in work or education.
The Y Inclusion Services 1:1 Community Support service is wellbeing and health focused, also assisting participants to develop social connections and communication skills. We offer many NDIS 1:1 Community access-based programs to encourage fun experiences in a social group.
